If you're a paid subscriber but still seeing the free version of DAT One (Mobile), it's usually due to one of the following reasons. Here's how to fix it and access your full subscription.

On the DAT One Mobile App:

  1. Tap the three-line menu in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Sign Out.
  3. Log back in with the correct email address.

On DAT One Web:

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Select Sign Out.
  3. Log back in using the email you used to subscribe.
