What are Load Recommendations?
Load Recommendations in DAT One Mobile help carriers quickly find high‑quality loads that match their preferences, reducing the time it takes to book freight.
The Recommendation Engine analyzes both explicit signals (such as Loads you book and Ratings you give to loads). and implicit signals (such as searches, views, and clicks) to identify loads a carrier is most likely to be interested in.
Unlike classic search, where users only see results that match their exact typed filters, the Recommendation Engine learns from each carrier’s activity and presents a personalized list of loads tailored to their historical behavior and preferences.
How to use Load Recommendations
- On the home screen in DAT One Mobile, tap See Recommended Loads to launch the feature.
- Enter your origin city.
- Your personalized load list will display.
Each load includes the primary reason the system recommended it, helping you understand why it’s a good match.

Giving Feedback on Load Recommendations
Your feedback helps the Recommendation Engine learn and improve.
Ways you can provide feedback:
- Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down
Inside Load Details, carriers can rate whether a recommended load was relevant.
- Broker Call Feedback
After you place a call from Load Details, and after the call ends, the app will ask whether you booked the load.
