The first time you access My Loads, you are asked to VERIFY MY PHONE NUMBER.
Upon tapping the button, you will be asked to enter your mobile number.
You will then enter your phone number and tap CONTINUE.
You will then be prompted to enter a 4 digit code that will be sent to the phone number.
Enter the number texted to you and tap CONTINUE.
Your phone number will now be confirmed and you can start using the My Loads feature.
