Carriers can view and book private loads sent directly to them through the DAT One (Mobile) app. These loads are accessible when brokers add carriers to their Private Network. In many cases, carriers can book these loads instantly, without needing to make a phone call.
Finding Private Loads
Private loads are displayed on the Search Results page and can be identified by a lock icon.
To view only private loads:
- Tap Filteron the Search Results page.
- Select Only Show Private Loadsto refine your search.
Booking Private Loads
- Tap on any private load in the search results to view its details.
- If the BOOK NOW option is available, tap it to book the load at the listed rate.
- After booking, you will see a message confirming that an email will be sent if the broker accepts the booking.
- If your bid is rejected, you can submit up to four additional bids (five attempts total per load).
Important Notes
- The status of a load is not updated in the app after it has been booked or bid on. The broker will notify you via email if the load has been awarded to you.
- Check your email regularly to stay informed about booking confirmations.
