DAT One offers you complete control over the notifications you receive on your screen. As a broker, you may wish to receive a notification every time a bid is sent to you. As a carrier, you may want to be notified when a new Private Load becomes available. To access your notification settings, simply click on the Notifications and then click on the gear icon. From there, you can customize your notifications according to your preferences.
Brokers
Notification settings for brokers include:
- When a bid is created
- When a bid is rejected
- When an accepted bid is withdrawn
- When a bid is accepted
- When a bid is rejected
- When a rejected bid is withdrawn
- When a shipment is deleted
- When a shipment is edited
- When tracking details on a shipment have been added
- When tracking details have been updated
Carriers
Notifications settings for carriers include:
- When an accepted bid is withdrawn
- When a bid is accepted
- When a bid is rejected
- When a new Private Load has been sent to them
Notifications can be toggled on and off individually or in bulk.
