You can manage your subscription at any time. This includes reactivating, canceling, and making payments.

Note: You must be the full authority contact on the account.

  1. When you sign in when your service is canceled, you will see a message stating that there is a problem with your subscription and to LOGIN TO ACCOUNT
  2. Once you click the link, you will be directed to the subscriptions screen. At the top of this screen, you will see a pink banner, and a REACTIVATE button. Click REACTIVATE
  3. You will be presented with subscription information and an overdue invoice, if applicable. Please indicate your authority to reactivate by checking the corresponding box, and confirm that you have reviewed the current Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions by checking the respective box. Then click NEXT
  4. If you don’t have a credit card on file, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details. This credit card will become your auto payment method moving forward. You will also need to select agree to DAT’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy prior to selecting Reactivate.
  5. Once reactivated, you will see a message indicating the reactivation was successful as well as a link back to the load board.
  6. The Subscription Status will change to ACTIVE
  7. You will now be able to log back into the load board
