DAT provides valuable services to our subscribers, and our subscription-based model enables us to continually enhance and improve our offerings. As such, we are unable to issue refunds based on usage, and we expect our subscribers to honor their commitment to the monthly subscription fees.
If you wish to terminate your subscription and avoid any further charges, we ask that you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription earlier, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will still have access to DAT's services during this period until your account automatically closes at the end of the cycle.
