Finding loads for your cargo van, sprinter van, or straight box truck can be difficult as brokers don't always post them under specific truck types. To address this, it is advisable to run two types of searches: a general search and a specific search.
General search:
- Navigate to one.dat.com and select Search
Loads.
- Complete the search form:
- Enter your origin and destination.
- For Equipment Type, choose "Van Standard" and "Van Specialized".
- For Load Type, select "Partial".
- Set the date range during which you are available to pick up loads.
- Click the search button to run your search.
Specific search:
For the specific search, adjust the earlier search form with the following settings:
- For Equipment Type, select "Straight Box Truck" or "Van Hotshot" if you are using a cargo van or sprinter van.
- For Load Type, choose "Full & Partial".
When you are done, click the search button.
