Delete or remove a user

1. Navigate to account.dat.com and login with your DAT credentials
2. Click/tap on User Management from the menu
   
   
   
3. Click the 3 dots next to the user and choose to Delete User.

Note: deleting a user does not change your subscription price, you will still retain the same number of seats. In the event that you need to cancel a seat contact customerrelations@dat.com. 
It is also important to note that FTP and Service Account users are specifically reserved for seamless integration with your DAT Load Board through TMS. To prevent any disruptions, the deletion of these users is disabled.
