1. Ensure that the audible alarm is enabled on the loadboard. For instructions on how to enable audible alarms on DAT One, please click HERE
  2. Confirm that the sound isn't muted on the computer. Can you play sound from other websites?
  3. Allow Auto-play on your Safari browser
    • Click on Safari (upper-left corner)  →  Settings for one.dat.com
    • Click on Auto-play and select Allow All Auto-Play
