After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, the system will automatically block the IP address associated with a user's account as a security measure.

To unblock the account, the user must verify their email address by clicking on the "Unblock Account" button in the email they receive. 

If the user continues to experience issues with unblocking their account, they can also reset their password and try logging in again. The option to reset the password  can be accessed through the login page.
