This usually means you either do not have a DAT Connexion license or you do not have the correct subscription for the service you are trying to access.  You'll need to contact DAT Support to get the appropriate license to set up your integration.

This could also be a simple password issue.  Make sure your username and password set up through your integration matches your DAT username and password.  If you use an email to log in, there will be a separate integration credential that you will need to contact DAT Support to reset the password.
