Additionally, make sure that all browser extensions are disabled before proceeding to the next steps. This will help to ensure that any potential conflicts or issues caused by extensions are ruled out.
- Connect to a different internet connection : If you see this error, it likely means that your web browser was unable to establish a successful connection with DAT for logging in. To troubleshoot the issue, you can try checking if the problem persists on a different internet connection, such as a mobile hotspot or another available connection.
- Disable any VPN Services: Intermittent occurrences of this issue have been known to happen when using VPN services. To resolve the problem, please disable all VPN services on your computer, restart your web browser, and then try opening DAT again.
