WebAuthn is a secure and convenient way to authenticate to your DAT Account using your device's built-in biometric capabilities.

How to register your device to WebAuthn

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to one.dat.com.
  2. Enter your email address, and click CONTINUE.
  3. Enter your password
  4. A prompt will appear asking if you want to trust this device, click CONTINUE.
    ⚠️Important:  Never register a device that does not belong to you (e.g., a shared, public, or borrowed device). Doing so can compromise your account’s security and allow unauthorized access.

  5. If you are using a device with biometric capabilities:

    • Your browser may ask for permission to use your biometric hardware (e.g., fingerprint reader or face recognition). Click Allow.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your fingerprint, show your face, or enter a PIN.

  6. Once authentication is successful, the device will be registered and added to your account. Click CONTINUE.

How to login using WebAuthn

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to one.dat.com.
  2. Enter your email address and click CONTINUE.

  3. The system will prompt you to authenticate using your registered device. Click CONTINUE.

    Note:  If you prefer not to use WebAuthn at this time, Click Use password to authenticate with your password.

  4. Scan your fingerprint, show your face, or enter a PIN as prompted.
  5. Once authentication is successful, you will be logged into the application.
