- Postings via the DAT One website expire at midnight of the latest availability date, unless that is more than 8 days from the date it was initially posted (postings can only be active for 8 days max). You need to re-create the posting if you need it active after the 8 days.
- Postings via a REST API integration expire at midnight of the latest availability date, unless that is more than 8 days from the date it was initially posted (postings can only be active for 8 days max). You need to re-create the posting if you need it active after the 8 days.
- Postings via a SOAP API integration expire at midnight the day they are posted regardless of the pick-up dates. You'll need to resend the posting the next day if you want it to stay active on the load board.
- Postings via an FTP/SFTP integration expire at midnight the day they are posted regardless of the pick-up dates. You'll need to resend them the next day if you want them to remain active.

Note: Expired postings must be deleted first to re-use the Reference ID. You can delete manually via DAT One or via your TMS. Otherwise, Expired postings are automatically deleted after about 48 hours.
