Why is the email address/phone number missing on a posting?

To protect customers against spoofing and unauthorized use of credentials, contact details including phone numbers and email addresses that do not match your account information, or your team's, will no longer be shared in free text fields on the shipment form . These fields include comments, pick-up/drop-off hours, commodity, and reference ID.

Brokers attempting to include contact information in these fields will receive the following notification.

Brokers who wish to update their contact information can get in touch with their company administrator, who is responsible for managing their accounts. This will allow them to ensure their details are up to date as required.

For carriers searching for loads, they can still inquire about a load by calling the number displayed next to the company name in the posting.
