Account management

To view invoices, update your credit card, make a payment, manage your users, or manage your subscriptions, please navigate account.dat.com and login with your loadboard credentials

Please be aware that you need Full Authority privileges to access these features and make changes to your account. If you are not the designated Full Authority user, please reach out to the Full Authority contact in your office for assistance with any required changes.

User Profile:

For security purposes, you cannot edit your own User Profile.

If you have any of the following authority levels, contact your office administrator in your company to update your User Profile:

• Corporate Billing Authority
• Billing Authority
• No Authority

If you have any of the following authority levels, reach out to DAT Customer Support to help with updating your User Profile:

• Full Authority
• Corporate Full Authority
• Change Authority
• Corporate Change Authority

Company Profile:

• Update Company Profile

User Management:

• Create New User
• Edit other users
• Delete user
• Remove a seat from a user

Billing & Invoices:

• Update billing information
• View Invoices
• Pay Invoices

Subscriptions:

• Add new user and purchase new seat
• Cancel Subscription
